Dixon's Firearms & Accessories Auction September 17, 2024

This will take about 5 minutes so PLEASE DO NOT WAIT until lots are ending before making an account. You will need to receive a verification email and add a credit card prior to bidding. Please keep this in mind when viewing the auction. If you wait until the lots are close to ending you may miss your bids and there is nothing we will be able to do. We will be available to help with account creation during preview days and will answer questions via email as we get to them.

This auction will be online only with live previews (in person viewing) on the dates listed. Please see sections for payment and pickup before bidding to ensure you are able to comply.

Individual Purchasers 
Firearms Transfers To Individuals: Will no longer take place on site. Individuals can reply to their invoice email they receive after the auction to which of our affiliate FFL locations they would like us to release their firearms to. Firearms will be delivered to your requested FFL location within 7 days of the auction and you will be notified of the delivery day. Failure to notify us before the Friday immediately after the auction your regulated firearm will automatically be transferred to Eveland Arms LLC in Earleville, MD and pickup must be done there. All regulated firearms have a $10 transfer fee billed directly on your invoice and each of the listed FFL locations have their own separate transfer fees they will collect upon pickup. Failure to contact the FFL within 30 days after our delivery to them will result in forfeiture of your firearm to that FFL. Failure to pass a background check will result in forfeiture of your firearm to that FLL.

FFL Holders
Regulated firearms will now only be transferred to other FFL or C&R holders by Eveland Arms LLC at Dixon’s Auction 2017 Dudley Corners Rd, Crumpton, MD 21628. All regulated firearms will automatically have a $10 processing fee added to your invoice at the completion of the auction no other fee to be incurred at pickup. FFL or C&R holders can make a pickup appointment for the Wednesday or Friday immediately following the auction. If you are unable to pick up during that window, regulated firearms will be transferred to Eveland Arms LLC at 149 Peddlers Lane, Earleville, MD 21919 and buyers will have to pick up at that location. C&R firearm eligibility will not be listed on the firearms and is solely determined by Eveland Arms LLC if determined to be not eligible a normal transfer will be required.

Storage Policy: Each item not picked up by end of day Friday after an auction will be subject to a $5.00 fee for storage up to 30 days. All regulated firearms will automatically be sent to Eveland Arms LLC at 149 Peddlers Lane, Earleville, MD 21919 if not picked up during our designated pickup window. Your credit card on file will be billed the Monday following an auction for any storage fees accrued. Items still in our possession at the end of 30 will be forfeited.
